My Name is Conrad Travis David and I address you all as following the chain of commands to get my message across has not worked in past months. I address you all so that we can begin to work on plans that would benefit the new age of business people in South Africa, Africa and the World.
National Development Plan 2030
I have read the National Development Plan for South Africa 2030 which highlights South Africa’s long term Plan for the country and I have put together a plan to action skills development that would help to grow from a Rural, Tribal South Africa to Metropolitan areas.
Shadow Minister Government Departments
My short to long term plan is to train key individuals to shadow Minister our South African Governmental departments and International Governments to learn the basic foundational skills, take that knowledge and implement it to parts of the country that need improvements. With the assistance of corporate companies and government departments we can tackle projects and mentor Municipalities of those towns and communities from AIDS, HIV awareness to entrepreneurship platforms and helping people on the ground to get back into production with the little tools they have.
Once establishing this project we can set forth to African countries where the real challenge begins. But first home before we go away.
South Africa has the resources to cater for all of the above; they just need to get the message out on ground level to the people. Not separately, but collectively. And with the assistance of International Governments we can excel to new heights. We can mentor young and old energetic individuals now and place them in key positions within our Government and International offices after they have worked on this program.
Not just Theory
I started my own business back in October 2010, and laid the foundations and hard work to the point of where it is today (www.mzansichem.org) it’s possible for others to do the same. They need the guidance.
South African Embassy’s
I have also formed a plan for South African Embassy’s around the world – to improve their image to the world by IT Interface platforms and a skills development procedures to teach foreigners to learn basic language skills from our list of languages – and should they require a Working Permit they would pass the checks to ensure that they enter our country with a purpose. Teach them basic communication skills so that they can enter Rural South Africa and help develop our Country from its roots while empowering low to medium skilled citizens to create future empires and production lines if need be.
Paving the Future
I look to help set up business practises with people around the country sharing the steps on growth to action the plan instead of just talk, Skills development is the most essential tool needed to empower peoples life, there’s an old saying that goes . You can give a boy fish today, or you could give him a rod and let him fish for a lifetime.
I am 25 years old, and I am just 1 man with a plan, with vision and insight and corrective processes in place to action the above. I hope that my mail brings you inspiration and opens your future perspective on our Country that is South Africa. And to those that are in foreign lands, my words apply to you and your current situations: Don’t live life to benefit one generation, live it to embark on generations to come.
Discarding the Vision
Now as most governmental departments might discard this brief I call on to the media house around the world to assist in getting this message across. Should you find ways where you feel you can assist in getting these projects going send me an e-mail & let’s make a change.
I thank you all for your time.
Kind Regards
Conrad Travis David
